How to weight Character Studio Biped Twist Bones with Skin Modifier

You would think this would be a standard procedure along with numerous tutorials over the web on how to do this.. Believe me I have looked & I would like to be proven wrong but there is little to none guides relating on how to specifically skin/weight Biped twist bones.

Unlike the rest of the bones in the Biped heirarchy, the Twist Bones, once enabled do not show on the list when attempting to select bones to add to the Skin modifier.

Is there another method for weighting these specific bones as I've had enough of putting up with the Candy Wrapper Effect, not to mention be a shame to jump ship on this rig with my current project.

Looks like those Twist bones are simply frozen.

Just rt-click into the viewport > Unfreeze all, for example, and you can select them normally.

For example "Bip001 L ForeTwist" is child node to "Bip001 L UpperArm"

Wow!.. That's all it was!?.. I swear I've never seen anyone mention unfreezing the twist bones once enabled.. Was beginning to think it was a biped bug that know one was willing to mention.. I've posted in the past about this but no one replied.. maybe I didn't word it properly or people surfing the forums at the time simply didn't know, I'm unsure..
I might produce a video tutorial on exactly how to do this, saving someone years of troubleshooting trying to find a solution/workaround!
Thankyou so much! .. You have no idea how much you have helped me! 🙂

PS: I've attached screenshots of my rig with forearm twists skinned.. more fine tuning required, though you can see the difference!
