How to assign any axis rotation to a one axis in 3ds max

I want to make a object that only rotate only y axis like below if i rotate on y axis it rotate y axis if i rotate on x axis it rotate y axis if i rotate on z axis it rotate y axis

Do you have any axis locked in the "Hierarchy" > "Link Info" panel?

Or is this object using some non-standard controllers?

You could also just save that one object to a new .max file and upload it for us to take a look.
