Oops, looks like my information was out of date. Last time I looked the
message still said the docs weren't ready.

I just downloaded the docs from the website and they appear to be the 2011
ObjectARX SDK docs.

hmm, they have 2010 on them, the ones from SDK2010 comes with 11 files and
this one with 9 - need to read them in more detail, to find out.

The help files included are from the A2010 and will be posted as a separate
download when they are ready...

only - i.e. the checkbox with the string "I accepct the license agreement.
Download Documentation Only (47 MB) - and they are indeed the 2011 docs.
