unresponsive and white box

sbox.jpgo I just got auto cad 2022 and I opened it up only to get a white box and an app that's completely unresponsive, Please help.

I've done all the plausible solutions that were on the autocad forum with no luck. i even went as far as trying to mess with the file name to not include hardware, i have the most to update graphics card on my computer, i've tried to downgrade the year of autocad i'm using. I'm on the verge of panicking since I'm behind 3 labs since this isn't working

Have you tried downloading and installing 2023 or 2024?

Have you tried logging onto windows as another administrator user  and then run AutoCAD

Open Task Manager. Click the arrow in front of AutoCAD and make a screenshot of the processes related to AutoCAD so we can see what's going on.

Hey we got it fixed! I installed the 2024 Autocad again let it sit for a few hours then I opened the program and for some reason that worked
