When I open my CAD,there is one blank box like here.I cant close it with the x on the right top. Then I use Task manager,it says that blank box is named autodesk component.I close the blank window by Task manager and the cad Software get stucked. Then there ist no response at all, wherever I clicked.

It happens to me sometimes, even with AutoCAD 2017-2019 on Windows 7.  I usually use the task manager to cancel and try again or close down all the programs and restart.  Check your network connections as well.

Try these steps

1. Open task manager

2. Check Background processes

3. Autodesk Genuine Notification

4. End Task

It will work

Hi @Anonymous,
Not sure, but I think this white box is for licensing purposes. Do you properly check your licensing process? Did you license your software correctly?

1. They answered by a technical support publication

   https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Activation-Page-tu...

2. No one answering here, because it is the user forum (user helping users),

Adesks supporter answering here some times, but the official product-support is here: https://www.autodesk.com/support/contact-support

3. If you start a support case, i think it's better not to use such phrases

You have a login screen problem if it looks like the image at the very top post. Here is how you might fix that

OR... Here is how to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:
