Hi!
I'm unable to load the download page:
When I press the button "Download Your Upgrade Now" (yellow color), the page just keeps loading and loading but nothing happends.
I've tried to access it from both Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome.
Is there some settings that I need to tweak or adjust or is there som issues with the download page at the moment?
Looking forward to any replies.

Welcome to our forums.
The problem you are encountering is due to an internal defect in your account. This is not a general issue, it's a bug that affects only some users. Unfortunately, users cannot fix this on their own; it needs to be handled by our Customer Service on a case-by-case basis.
I have corrected your account. Within 24 hours, you should be able to load the download page. In case it still does not work, please let us know.

I've just replied to your original post, stating that I've made the necessary corrections.
With that being said, I'd like to point out that anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation can also submit a support request directly through the Subscription Center.
so sorry to revive this old tread however i'm facing the same issue of not able to access the download page to get the latest version. whats worst is that i'm also unable to access the support page to create a ticket....

Can you please try again and let me know if the problem persists as I have made an adjustment to your profile. As a temporary workaround you can also download Autodesk software directly from our Virtual Agent.
