Hi,
First, i'm french and i don't speak english very well, so apologize me about this !
- Mac Book Pro
- 2.6 GHz intel core i7 (turbo boost jusqu'à 3.8 GHz)
- 16 Go de mémoire vive
- Disque SSD 500 Go
- Nvidia GeForce GT 750M de 2 Go
Merci

I'm draughtsman in research department structure specialized in the reinforced concrete and I work on Revit 2014. I wanted to install it on my personal computer to learn more about this software. My computer has got the following configuration :
- Mac Book Pro with Windows 8.1
- 2.6 GHz Intel core i7 (turbo boost up to 3.8 GHz)
- 16 Go memory
- Disc SSD 500 Go
- Nvidia GeForce GT 750M - 2 Go
When I install it on my Windows 8.1 partition, which I created with Bootcamp (virtualisation software developed by Apple), all work perfectly. No problem at the time of the installation. But when I load a project, Revit again doesn't answer more, and two icons in the bottom of the window flicker very quickly. Does there exist a solution for this problem?
Thank you
Solved! Go to Solution.
My graphic card hasn't tested yet by Autodesk because I've got a laptop. So my graphic card is made for laptops. But she's still powerfull.
Nvidia GeForce 750m
I'm having exactly the same problem.
Same Macbook Pro and windows 8.1 via Bootcamp.
Has anyone figured a solution?
Regards
Daniel Queiroz
Problem solved!
For Revit 2014 to work properly on Windows 8.1 in a Macbook Pro Retina display you just need to personalize the display settings to 150%, like selmat23 described on this other post
