I am attempting to install C3d 2013 onto two workstations. One is brand new with no other Autodesk software and the other has C3D 2012 already installed. Upon inserting the installation disk (32 bit) I receive the following error message and then the installation screen closes.
I've used this disk to successfully install c3d 2013 many times on other workstations.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Especially when it comes to the brand new workstation? And what I need to do to fix it?
