Hi all,
Reinstall the MSXML using Autodesk or AutoCAD CD and work. I have tried it. It workds great.
MSXML in the CD can be found in "Support" Folder. Install it and enjoy working with AutoCAD.

Good morning, all,
I'm having this problem as well, only a little different.
Every time I start up AutoCAD 2007 LT, I get the "Unable to load profile..." error.
I hit Ok to close that window, and AutoCAD proceeds to load and function fine. It forgets what tool pallettes I had open and where I put them on my screen, but otherwise everything seems to be available and function just fine.
I had a problem with AutoCAD several years ago that made it non-functional. I did an installation repair which solved that problem, but created this one.
I have lived with this for years now because the program does actually work and the simple fixes didn't. It is really irritating, however.
Oh, here's one thing that doesn't work: I can't start AutoCAD by double-clicking on a .dwg file. It starts to open the program, gives me the above error, then over the top of that one, has a "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0020 Exception at 7c2431h". I have not even Ok'ed out of the first error yet. When I Ok that, It crashes out.
It creates an error log file that's not much more helpful:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0020 Exception at 7c2431h
04/03/2012 at 08:37:14.250 Drawing:

Thus I always have to start AutoCAD first, then open a file.
I have tried the fixes listed elsewhere here.
I have run xmlinst followed by regsvr32 msxml3.dll, both of which appear to be successful. However, nothing changes.
This is (and always has been) a single-seat, stand-alone installation on this physical computer, running Windows XP, SP3.
Any ideas?
I am really appreciate for all the information you gave. I am lucky to see them.
