This one is a odd one and I'm struggling to come up with a soultion.
For some reason when I use isometric view or some other form of 3D view, the mouse pointer doesn't conform with the crosshair. Its quite hard to explain, but you can see it below. With dynamic input turned on you can see that where the "L" is is not right beside the crosshair as it usually is, but is where the curser is.
Another way to explain is when I move the crosshair up to the menu where it switches to cursor it obvious that they are not in the same spot.
Using the wheel to zoom however, follows this other illusionary (curser) point.
Things I have noticed:
Its only noticable when I zoom into the drawing.
It has to be a isometric style of view.
I know it dosent sound like much of an issue, but its causing the snap points to be very difficult to select and I'm finding errors where I thought I snapped to the endpoint of a line, but actually missed.
Things I have tried:
Turned off all dynamic/snap/tracking etc.
Turned off performance accelleration and all turner settings.
Updated graphics card drivers to both the latest and the AutoCAD certified.
Tried new mouses and mouse drivers.
Also, if you are not getting me, here are some other threads that have the same issue that may be describing them better:

Using AutoCAD 2014
For testing, save it as a new drawing; move everything to near 0,0
Sometimes a model too far away from 0,0,0 autocad do weird stuff.
Are you running AutoCAD directly on the OS, or are you using a virtual machine?
Can you confirm your Dynamic Input settings are as shown below.
Does the same thing happen if you create a new profile?
