Dear VRED developer,
Please borrow a copy of Inventor from a colleague, open an Inventor part/assembly and fly, orbit. zoom, pan using a Spacemouse.
Then give VRED an option to work in EXACTLY the same way, without the need to tweak constantly the Spacemouse settings.
Inventors implementation of the Spacemouse driver has worked nigh on perfectly for 20 years.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it
