I'd love to see an arrow or something that indicates which way a rectangular/disk light is casting light.
(I've asked before) I would also like to be able to select the Scene Nodes belonging to a Linked light. Sometimes, I miss parts that aren't grouped correctly. We work with constantly changing data sets and sometimes there is no time to properly prep the model. The workaround for now is to blow out the intensity on a linked light to get a visual idea of what's linked.
