VRED Design and laptop GPU raytracing

Hello,

I'm a bit confused. GPU raytracing is greyed out on both of my test laptops.

I have tested VRED 2023.4 and VRED 2024 with Nvidia RTX A3500 12GB (Ada) as well as with Nvidia RTX A1000 4GB (Ampere). 

According to VRED 2023.4 release notes, Ada architecture should be supported.

Hi, 

thank you. Do you have an official Autodesk statement on that? All references I found always state "VRED products", I cannot find any limitation for VRED professional.

Also this does not show up on the comparison sheet "VRED Design" vs "VRED professional".

Thank you. Then the system requirements are at least misleading.
