I am having issues calculating AO. Whenver I do, the result is black (Please see image of Ambient Occlusion rendering view). Normals are correct.
Looks like the normals of the geometry are inverted. They need to face outwards.
Is there anything else in the scene that might occlude the geometry?
No, just the object and the environment. This error is happening with other files as well, so I am wondering if it is a VRED setting.
