Show Camera view on surface?

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a camera, then show the view of that camera on a surface?  For example, many cars have rear-view cameras whose image is displayed on the center display area.  Is that something that can be simulated in VRED?

Yes. It used to be possible via the virtual eye function.

You can find the example file to open in the vred python files in the vred install directory.

I haven't used it in ages though so not sure if still the best/only way to do it.
