RT botton in dark

My version is vred 2018 pro,the RT botton is in dark ever,unselectable,what's the problem?  many thanks!

That means your GPU is unsuitable to run VREDPro in OpenGL mode, either because the drivers are too old or the GPU is too old. This will cause VRED to run in raytracing mode all the time and you can´t turn it off.
