No Spectral Raytracing with GPU - Missing vrOptixRaytracingUtilsSpectral.dll

I'm trying to enable Spectral Raytracing for a project and it will load the AVX library when CPU RT is selected but if I switch to GPU it attempts to load an Optix version of a spectral library that appears to be missing.  I've tried installing the Optix 8.0 SDK but it didn't fix anything.  Using VRED 2024 but had this issue in 2023 as well.  PC has an RTX A2000 GPU

The error in the terminal is shown as:

Trying to load library C:\Program Files\Autodesk\VREDPro-16.0\bin\WIN64\vrOptixRaytracingUtilsSpectral.dll
Couldn't load raytracing library 'vrOptixRaytracingUtilsSpectral'!

I have a vrOptixRaytracingUtils.dll and .pdb file in the Autodesk folder but no "Spectral" version

Spectral Raytracing is not yet supported in GPU Raytracing.
