In the Rendering tab few options are missing.

this is what rendering tab should look like^

But my rendering tab is missing most of the options 

I need to create a render layer and have no idea how to….

Hi, you are comparing a Vred Pro with a Vred Design. Not all the feature of the Pro version are in the Design one.
