having an issue with the features

i'm using v-ray render engine when i try to assign it to my rendering engine it gives me a not responding message and closes.

now when i press on the render button it gives me this i hope we can find a solution.

another problem when i try to update my pruducts through autoudesk descktop app it gives me an error.
