what lsp to organize the slab & beam section automatically in title block

from esteem of structural software (beam and slab section) .. every detail is disorganized .. what LSP can do automatic stacking this section beam and slab in one tittle block  ..tq

Sorry, but I have absolutely no idea how to go about automating that, with some of them as Blocks and some in individual pieces, at least one in the "before" not anywhere in the "after" as far as I can see, some of the Blocks too long for the sheets and needing to be broken into pieces, etc., etc.  [Ignoring the fact that a lot of them overlap each other and/or extend outside the sheet boundaries....]  It would probably take many times longer to come up with the code to do it [if it's even possible] than to just move things around manually.  But I hope someone out there will have some helpful suggestions for you.
