There is numerous values inthe code that do stuff like txht * x so it may be a case of taking the textheight variable and setting it to some other value than the true value. Note that America works feet and inches, very clear in code description. So something like text height of 2.5 may mean 30"
As you have given no indication of what is wrong hard to work out, it may be as simple as a 25.4 factor. Provide some details dwg or images.
