VVC Internal Error in 2016

I run a lisp routine that creates parallel lines by picking two points and which side I want the lines to go on by picking one more point. In 2016 I receieve a VVC Internal error after I pick the "which side" prompt.

I have no clue how to revise this routine so it will work in 2016. It works fine in 2014. I've attached all the files associated with this routine as well as a screen shot of how the toolbar button "macro" is set up within the CUI file (all inside the ZIP file)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

change "command" to "command-s" espeacially when use with mapcar.
