VLX dialogue box font issue

A coworker gave me a VLX app. On his desktop, the app loads in the Chinese language. But when I tried to load the same app on my system, it just shows weird/ crazy symbols. My coworker is using Autocad 2016 and I have 2018 version. 

I am looking for a way to get the options in English Language. 

I have tried pasting Chinese fonts in the fonts folder but that wasn't helpful either.

Thank you for the translation. Could you please specify the translation in an order. Because I have a hard time finding 'Beef with Broccoli' button.
