Why isn't your titleblcok an XREF in all of those drawings? Then you can open it once, edit once, and be done.
It's how we all do it.

Without it, you're going to be opening all of those drawings and editing those titleblocks.

So, do you have it referenced in? I can't tell from the file you shared what's going on, forgive me.

Please disclose:

  1. What are the four attributes you wish to change?

  2. What is the current value and what should the value change to?

Well the file you seeing is the master file and program i used is typically use that master file and feel in all the relevant information in tittle block . I can not change the value in that tittle block as it is connected to other projects as well. and i cant even change the location of it and ask the program to use that location to create drawing.

I dont know if that make sense or not. it is bit tidius process.

i have seen people using script pro and sheet set manager to do this. But i dont have experience in both of this so i dont know what is the fastest way to deal with it.

XREFs can be nested.  You can pull the Attribute parts out of the master file into a separate drawing, make a Title Block drawing for a specific project, and Xref that master file into it, and Insert the drawing containing the Attributes into it and fill in the relevant information for that project.  Then Xref that Title Block drawing, which contains the master-file background and the project-specific Attributes, into sheets for the project, and when you change any of the relevant information in the Title Block drawing, it will be updated in every sheet drawing.

Maybe our app JTB BatchAttEdit could be useful for you.  With it you can edit attributes on multiple drawings in batch mode.
