Update attributes in title box in several drawings

I need help to change one attribute in common in several drawings, without needing to open them. I wonder if is there a quick code to that...

Anyhoo, that request have been asked before. Are you wanting to change the value regardless of the content?  Or is like a fins and replace thingy?

It is a description, all drawings have layouts with title blocks of the same description. I am thinking about a command that asks for the attribute,and give me the possibility to substitute it by another string, in all the drawings in that folder...

You are wanting a program that will search for a specific description value  and substiutute it with a new string value only if its a match OR replace the string value of the descritpion regardless of what it is?  

For the former:

FIND and REPLACE : ---> Batch Find & Replace Text by LeeMac

And the other option

Regardless of current value: --> Batch Attribute Editor by LeeMac
