Trying to contact the author of SuperBoundary to purchase license. (Alexey)

I have been using this utility for years, and it works so well. - https://superboundary.com/

I have bought a couple of licenses (1 license is good for 1 machine). I got a new computer and need another license. The problem is when I get to the end checkout and click the submit order button, I get, "We're sorry, your session has expired. Please go back to the vendor website and place your order again."

I have tried dozens of times on multiple browsers, devices- android, iOS. Tried contact form on debalance.com, superboundary.com. 2checkout.com says to contact vendor (debalance). 

The author's name is Alexey, I have emailed him directly. 

I was hoping he would see it here or someone knew how to contact him.

Did you try a mail message to Debalance? They look like they go to a real address

Yes, but still no reply, the total purge at gmail address.

I have corresponded with Alexey in the past at that email.
