Trim block
If you don't mine a two-pick solution so as to not need a custom command, EXTRIM does that. You need to pick the perimeter part of the Block, and then pick inside it [only once, and not necessarily on any of the things you want Trimmed] to tell it that's the side of it from which you want things taken out.
