Tools bar for editing such as line, polyline and etc not display at work sheet.

Dear all, please advice me how to display tools bar at work sheet...All the toolsbar at the top worksheet not diaplay..

Enter toolbar name or [ALL]: All
Enter an option [Show/Hide]: S

or if you know the toolbar name

Enter toolbar name or [ALL]: Name <--- [ Modify , Layer... ]
