Tool Bar Lisp Routine Adjustment Help

Can some one help me with these lisp routines for this toolbar in my template this template was created in the wrong scale i need the scale to be set up for decimal format where 100.00 means 100' i have tried to adjust it but i was only able to figure out the text Hight and scale for the station tool to make an alignment. Is there anyone that can help me adjust these tools or recreate each one with a lisp routine that will work in any template at decimal format. I've attached the template that these tools work in and the lisp routines for it. Also i have attached a CUI file with the tool bars that i am focused on changing please help this is really important for work so i can finish creating a new template for my job i just don't know much about weighting lisp from scratch and i feel like that might need to happen to fix these the way i need them i just need the same actions.

If you hire me, I can develope for you ToolBarDyn inside DCL. You test the programs (fas.,vlx) attached here. with command C:Q2[enter].

If you hire then I can negociate the price , and you contact me here, you send PM at autodesk-forum-com Why you need hire? Perhaps, I can work 24hours at this-project.

I try recompile sudokudorin.lsp to dorin.vlx, but i got the errors.

The main trick, each Icon will have each command . You click on "House" then  you goto 11.August=Sfantul Nifon, la biserica de la MegaMall. se de pachete, si se mananca

Thanks..

You do not understand. These routines was compiled. I run CosLidelisp.exe and I compile BMP to LISP,. that reason, you cannot got these routines 100%freerly, because  you need, execute again the CosLidelisp.exe and you compile "your+Bitmap's to Lisp"

I hope you got the main-ideea Without compile "yourBitmap's to Lisp", any person will got nothing.lsp

CosLideLisp.exe parser and tokenize, huttman'processing the colors inside the Bitmap for small\size(s).

There is way to much code there to just say do this to fix, need 1 lisp 1 problem then others should fall into easy solution.

What happens when units is set to unitless, decimal degrees. If the blocks were drawn in feet and you want as unitless you may have to rescale by 0.3048 or some inches to decimal answer 4" = 0.3333333

These routines was compiled. That is incorrect just ignore the statements I am not sure of the other posters real intentions. I think administrators may need to look also at this.
