If its out of the box then F3 should work, but if you have no osnaps set then you will see nothing changing, type osmode 47 this will set some osnaps for you hopefully even in LT, you can change your osnap settings by using "osmode" then the correct number you can find the number by setting osnaps via dislouge then type osmode and the setting number will appear.
