Text, Dimension Height adjust as per viewport scale

Is there any Lisp available for updating the height of Text & Dimensions available within a viewport as per the viewport scale.

And what is when you using two viewport with different scales?

It fit in one viewport and failed in the second..

For Text and Blocks you have BSCALE and TSCALE (from Expresstools) and for DimStyles the setting of DIMSCALE,

but for this Job you should working with annotaive feature!

That's a standard feature of AutoCAD if you use an annotative dimension style for your dimensions.
