TBLK Command not working

The TBLK command is not working. I have uploaded a TBLK routine to the "APPLOAD" as a lsp file but when I type in the  TBLK command no prompt appears

Any help appreciated

Hi,

ask the programmer! You didn't share the tool/code/program, and your .dwg

so nobody knows what should happen or not,

because it isn't part of standard autocad  - what we known well.

For example: If this tool expect a blockreference on layer "NA1" of a block with name pattern *vi02*

and your dwg doesn't contain such an object, nothing will happen.

Share that "TBLK routine" here if you want assistance with it, that is unique to you alone at the moment.

In addition to providing the routine as already requested, answer the most obvious question:  What happens that's different from the prompt you expect?  Nothing at all, perhaps?  Are there any messages?  Etc., etc.
