Take Part From Block or XREF

I know about NCOPY to take object copy from Block or Xref, also l know about CLIP to show only part of Block/Xref,  and I found lisp to cut objects with more options, one of them (Break objects touching selected objects), I need to use this option to cut or trim part from block/Xref.

Use command REFEDIT, select block/xref, choose all subentities, do trim operation, type REFCLOSE and do click on SAVE changes... That's all...
