Show a ribbon tab from one workspace and add it to another

I am trying to get a panel in a ribbon from one workspace and copy it into another workspace.  So for example I have a workspace called Drafting & Annotation.  I found in the Ribbons Tab under the Home a groups panel.  I want to copy just that one panel and place it in my current workspace under the home ribbon.  Any way to do that?  I am guessing through the cui command, but just not quite getting it.

I have included a little diagram in hopes that some can explain to me how to get the panel from the right hand side over to the workspace in the left hand side

I found my solution.  Opened the cui dialog box, clicked the transfer tab.  Opened up an older .cuix file that we had used previously.  On the left hand side, I clicked the workspace I was using.  Went to find the tabs-Home and then from the right hand side dragged the panel I was looking for into the current workspace tab.  Seemed to work.  Saved my workspace and hope that this was the correct way.
