Router-CIM Nesting

I am using the program called Router-CIM to run a CNC machine in a production environment. We are having problems with our part nesting and cut order inside of program and cannot seem to change the already loaded presets without writing a whole new algorithm in Autolisp. Specifically, we are having problems with the "sequencer" inside of the program files. What would be the best way to go about changing or editing this algorithm so that it orders the cuts to be cut from the bottom left to the bottom right?

As  Router-CIM is a  proprietary software , you shall ask the  Router-CIM author to fix  it to your need.
