Rename or Append Selected Blocks with Sequential Numbers Suffix

Hi all,

I need a lisp (or a native way) to rename & or append a selection of blocks or all of the block definitions in a drawing with a suffix of sequential numbers.

Does anyone know of a way to achieve this?
