I am grasping at straws here.

On my machine and another that has ACAD 2014, I get the attached error.

Everyone else's machine, the lisp works fine and loads the dcl file appropriately.

On my machine and another (same guy) in ACAD 2013, the lisp works fine loading the proper dcl.

WTF.  I'm pulling out my hair.  Frustrating and keeping me away from other issues.

I go to the folder support and working structure and mine is identical to a work station that does work.

My users/appdata/roaming support folder was incomplete.  Not sure how that happened during the install of 2014.

I copied the 2013 support folder to replace the 2014 support and it worked.

Bloody hell.
