Quick Dimension with fixed spacing from object

Hello every one,

This lisp let me get the dimension of polyline as I want, but the main problem it does not let me enter the spacing from the object to dimension line.

So, I would like to edit this lisp to ask me about the distance.

it is 'DimSpace~ variable. check the mod.

what if I needed at fixed distance from object

missed your question. 

check the mod3. does request a distance for first row dimensions from polyline outline and distance between first row dimensions and second row dimensions.
