Publish CAD to Web page as embedded SVG

I want to know how can we export a simple CAD plan with a polyline and text to web page as embedded SVG.

it appears this is not a simple code solution. There will be another program involved at some point. It has been discussed thoroughly, and with many methods >>HERE<<. Wish I could give you more than that.
