Properties Pallete disappears when Command Line is docked (Can't do both..!)

Hi, This issue keeps cropping up and I am hoping that someone might know how/why it is happening.

Whenever I dock the Command Line and save the Workspace it causes the Properties Palettes to disappear in my next session. The only way to get it back is by switching back and forth between Workspaces and undocking the Command Line. I have the Properties Pallette Docked to the Left with Auto-Hide turned On.

Note: I have changed the value of CLI Dock to 'DockedInESW' in the Profile.aws file in the past with the same result.

Do you mean that you have the Properties palette ANCHORED left?

No problems here in C3D 2019 with the command line docked and Props anchored with auto-hide.

What do you mean by "I have checked the Profile.aws in the past with the same result"?

Hi, Yes the Properties Palette is anchored to the left with auto-hide. I mentioned the Profile.aws file as this is how I ensured that the Command Line was Docked when I last tested a month or so ago. Another point that may be relevant is that everything works for the Workspace that lives in the enterprise customization file. The problem is with the user Workspace that the designer's have control over. Generally I can get everything looking how I want it, save the Workspace and Export the .arg profile but the Properties Palette will still disappear next session. I have also tried saving the Workspace with a different name but still no luck.

I have also tried the following solution Command line moves or does not hold its position in AutoCAD

but have found that the (Allow Docking = 'Do not change') setting will only hold after a restart of Civil 3D if I never actually make that Workspace current... If I set the altered Workspace to current everything will work fine until I start my next session, where it reverts back to 'Yes' instead of 'Do not change'.

Also, if I export to a new Profile (.arg) the Profile.aws file doesn't have a reference to CLI Dock?
