How can I get the Printable area in a Layout Setting
I can get the CanonicalMediaName and get the measures, but in User Defined
and in some shapes (like FandFold for Canon) there is a mix between inches
and mm that does not let me get the shape aof the paper chosen (anyway I
don't know the real printable area but the paper size with my method)
