Points at Mid of Plots

Hi Everyone
Is there any program that put points at mid of every plot by selecting objects.
I often do this lenghty exercise on various layouts.

Sample Drawing is attached.

you have to make each plot a closed polyline , or rectangle . As far as I know , it will be  hard to do with the dwg as it is now .

Remember , lisp do not THINK, it only obey.
