Plot to PDF using a multi-field name ?!?!

Hi,

Is there a possibility to plot  PDF with a name that is taken from layout fields.

As example, I want my filename.dwg , with layouts 1,2,3,4 be plotted to pdf (each layout separate) with a name like:  

   Name - Layout - Rev ## - Description.pdf  ,

 where:  

   Name -    can be Drawing number - from layout field  or filename

   Layout - layout name/number

   Rev ## -  Revision number -from layout field ( Revision )

   Description -  contents - from layout ( Drawing title, Project title and so on )

With lisp or other customizations, yes.
With only using the tools in the program, no.
