Pipe elements

Hello,

 I have hundreds of water pipes to drawing in execution design, and I should draw all the different precast elements of suitable sections each and the manholes.(like the example below) 

 I look for lisp to insert many blocks who can help me to do this.

Please upload a sample dwg in ACAD 2007 or 2016 , and state an before and after , at least in 5 examples

I have all the pipes blocks ( ∅600, ∅800...) and I need to insert one of these blocks between tow points (manholes) it will be fine if we can manager this with Excel.

My objective is to fin the best and quick method to transform my basic design to an execution design. (thank to see the dwg file I'm sorry I only have Autocad 2013).
