Permanently deactivate the diameter dimension landing line for DWT

While updating our DWT for ACAD Mechanical 2021 I ran into a problem I couldn't find any fix for so far.
Maybe I searched for the wrong words or commands or I am just blind.
We use our own DIMSTYLE and everything else works fine and is set up as we want to, but I can not find the settings or a check box to permanently deactivate the landing line for diameter/radial dimensions.
I know about the options while creating the dimension, but we need to have it set as standard.
The screenshot shows the standard dimension in AM_DIN dimension style with landing line and the dimension below it is how we want to have it.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Excatly that boxes that are ticked in our settings and even the preview image on the right shows the same, but it'll always give me the landing line and I have to change it by hand via options.
