Set up a drawing the way you want it, and save it as a drawing template file, and set that to be the default template for all new drawings.
For already-existing drawings, if you want to do it on multiple drawings at once, rather than one at a time, do a Search for the use of a Script and something like Scriptpro to run it on all drawings in a specified folder.
