Old block to new block swapping

I need to convert all the "old" red blocks to "new" cyan blocks, however, I don't want to simply just convert them, but I also want to transfer the text/numbers from the old and place them into the new ones. How can I achieve this? LSP? I attached the example dwg for a better understanding of what I am working with.

I tried to use the BATTMAN command and change the attributes to match both the OLD and NEW block. This results in only part of the block being converted. It does not transfer the text/number to the multiline part of the NEW block.

so you want for each replaced blockreference, it should take the attribute values from the original blockreference.
The problem i see here, is that the blocks do not have identical attribute tag names.
