Offset Attached Boundary 6 Km to Similar Shape

Hi All

I want to offset the attached drawing object 6 Km and need the object remain the same shape.

Can anyone solve this.

I don't think that is possible. The two are mutually exclusive, it cannot be "offset" 6km and retain it's shape.
