Numeric increment with text leaderline

please provide me lisp where can I increment the device number with leader line.

 for reference I am providing attachments.

Numbering callouts is not the best approach. You can number drawing objects (points, poplines, solids), and then you can use these numbers in tables and on MLeaders.

Pretty sure this was answered a few months back the issue you have is that the leader has 4 direction options. You can pick a point then a general direction for leader and the angle is always say 45 off, just uses 2nd pick point for direction.

Its not the solution I was thinking of but this is an oldy and may help.
