Need help attaching Object Data to entities

I have an Object Data Table: MyODTable. I'm having a dickens of a time trying to find out how to write lisp code to attach this table to a bunch of 3d polylines (or any entities for that matter). I actually tried to get ChatGPT to help. But to no avail.
Could anyone give a hand?
